97 Dodge Intrepid -- Starting, but not all the time?

if one of the wires for the 0-2 sensor is shorting out that could cause a hard start but not the clicking like you said it was doing,id check the starter relay on it or the ignition switch,if either one looses contact that will cause the starting problem your describing,that or even a bad ground wire on the car can cause that too happen,if it were me id switch relays on it and see if that helps it any,good luck with it.
