The new hair style you're describing sounds a lot like what I have now. I am also blonde with your sort of complexion, blue eyes and I'm starting high school in a month. I think you should go for it, but be very careful with your bangs (even though you're probably going to get it cut and not do it yourself) because if it ends up being too short, it'll make you feel sad and want to hide it for three months while it grows out again (you can tell I've had bad past experiences). but I am in love with my hair now, I hope you will be too!
