Can I order a new speaker panel for my car?

I have a 1998 Hyundai Elantra 4-Door Sedan,and my two rear speakers blew out,and my dumb-a** step-dad lied and said he knew how to install them and he tried to pop the left speaker panel off with a philips screwdriver and broke a piece off.Serious answers only. All other pointless or just plain stupid answers will be ignored.
