Can humans speak in two tones of voice at the same time?

i herd from the movie called "The Exorcist of Emily rose" that once a culture once was able to train there voice box so they will be able to speak in two tones at one time. i would like to know whether if it is true or not and also some tips (if possible) on how to do such a thing
