Do you feel that "perpetual motion" is possible?

Physics, physical boundaries, I can hear the people now like I heard them then, when they looked up and saw the birds and wanted to fly, when achieving the speed of sound was just a thought, going into space laughed at, what ? We have come to the end of our Minds ? I think not.
