Imaginative writing about execution?

I have 1600 words to write a creative piece for my GCSE English exam, I decided to write about my trip to the electric chair for execution. It may be a strange topic but I feel that it's interesting and unusual (i'll have to stand out) does anyone have any ideas on what to write about, any phrases, words or ideas I could put in? thanks :)
