MMmm..... West Indian food?

I love west indian food number one cuz i'm haitian and number two because its just tastey mmmmm... delicious you know, but anyway i was wondering if any body knows the recipe for roti i know theres different kinds i'm not talking about the round one i'm talking about the one that they spread really thin and its folded and they put, i think cornmeal and other random seasonings in and when you bite into it, it has like a million layers, i also would like recipes for the curry dipping sauce you can eat with it mmmm... i'm so hungry
