Should the city bus have a first cl section?

I was on the bus today, because unfortunately my car is being detailed. Well I was appalled by way most of the pengers on the bus presented themselves. The women were absolutely ghastly. They were overweight, their clothes were out of date and stained, and showed considerable wear. The men were even worse. Unkempt, unshaven, baggy clothes, shirts that went down to their knees, etc. That got me to thinking, would it be smart to have the first few rows of seats on a bus be first cl? It wouldn't be too special, just leather seats that were wide, with more leg room, and cup holders? There would be a curtain separating the two seating areas so the first cl patrons wouldn't have to look at the riff raff. Maybe first cl could be a couple dollars more or something, which would raise more money for the city bus system? What do you think?
