How to find kids under foster care?

A relative of mine was recently incarcerated in Oregon. She had 3 children 2 of which went to there father but there was one that was fathered by a different man who is also in prison. Is there anyway to find out where this child is? I have no way to communicate with the mother and I know there were no other relatives that would have claimed the child so Im sure she is in foster care.
