What is the closest Windows software to MAC's Time Machine?

As far as I know, no, there isn't. "Windows" and "eye candy" have never gone hand-in-hand, and "Windows" and "works" are typically never even used in the same sentence. Basically, if you want a Mac, buy a Mac.
